CUF Home Care
CUF Home Care is an integrated clinical and/or operational home support solution that provides the CUF health care experience in the comfort of your own home. It comprises an organised national care service delivery network in two main areas:
- Home Hospitalisation Unit
- Specialised Home Care

All CUF Home Care is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, in Greater Lisbon and Greater Porto. It is adjusted to the needs of each patient and in conjunction with all existing resources in reference CUF units.
A simple and reliable process
After an initial evaluation by our team, a personalised plan will be drafted with the patient and family. The health care team is therefore chosen on the basis of each patient’s needs and is supervised and adjusted throughout the process if necessary.
