CUF Porto Institute
Podiatry is a health science dedicated to the study and diagnosis of health needs concerning the foot and lower limb. It aims to treat and prevent alterations to and diseases of the foot as well as repercussions on the human body.
The specialised areas are: infant podiatry (children's feet), geriatric podiatry (feet of the elderly), feet at risk (diabetic foot), sportspersons’ feet and foot surgery.
